LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.1.2.1.17Cupos de crédito de otras entidades. Lo dispuesto en el presente capítulo será aplicable a las demás entidades sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia. En tal caso, el nivel adecuado de patrimonio que reflejen para dar cumplimiento a las normas de solvencia vigentes para cada tipo de entidad se considerará como patrimonio técnico.
