º Los Pasaportes Diplomáticos y Oficiales se renovarán siempre y cuando se cumplan las condiciones establecidas en los artículos 2º y 5º de este Decreto. En el exterior podrán ser renovados por los Jefes de las Misiones Diplomáticas, previa autorización de la Subsecretaría de Asuntos Consulares y Migración del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
