La regla establecida en e1 artículo 2° de la Ley 40 de 1922 se hace extensiva a todos los empleados y se hayan contagiado de la lepra estando al servicio del Gobierno Nacional, Departamental y Municipal, en cualquiera de las oficinas públicas .relacionadas con el ramo de Lazaretos, aun cuando dichas Oficinas no se hallen dentro del perímetro de las mismos.
