A partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, todas las referencias que hagan las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Monitoreo, Seguimiento y Control se entenderán referidas al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
