Registro de contratos de fletamento . Las empresas nacionales de transporte marítimo o los usuarios interesados, deberán registrar ante la Dirección General Marítima, en forma directa o a través de un corredor de contratos de fletamento, los contratos de fletamento o arrendamiento de buques dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la fecha de su celebración.
