Transitorio. Mientras las entidades territoriales definen y determinan los establecimientos educativos estatales que dispondrán de Fondos de Servicios Educativos, las formas de administración de los mismos y las reglamentaciones especiales sobre su funcionamiento, los rectores de los establecimientos que cuenten con Fondo de Servicios Docentes podrán seguir administrando los recursos de los establecimientos educativos, ajustándose a los parámetros y principios señalados en la Ley 715 de 2001.
