Separación por sentencia de ejecución condicional. El miembro del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional que sea condenado por la comisión de un delito, pero la autoridad judicial competente le hubiere concedido el subrogado penal de condena de ejecución condicional, será separado en forma absoluta o temporal, según se trate de los delitos dolosos o culposos.
