Para ser Delegado del Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil se requieren las mismas calidades que para ser Magistrado de Tribunal Superior o haber ejercido aquel cargo en propiedad por un término no menor de dos (2) años. Parágrafo. Los Delegados del Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil tomarán posesión de su cargo ante el respectivo Gobernador o Intendente.
