El documento denominado “Bases del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2022-2026 Colombia Potencia Mundial de la Vida”, junto con sus anexos, elaborado por el Gobierno nacional con la participación del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura y del Consejo Nacional de Planeación, con fundamento en los insumos entregados por los colombianos en los Diálogos Regionales Vinculantes, con las modificaciones realizadas en el trámite legislativo, es parte integral del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo, y se incorpora a la presente ley como un anexo.
