Articulo 5º . Modifícanse las tasas efectivas de interés de que trata el artículo 5º del Decreto 359 de 1973, así

Para los créditos individuales hipotecarios, ocho por ciento (8%) anual;

Para los créditos a constructores nueve por ciento (9%) anual.
