Jurisdicción. El curador urbano ejercerá su función dentro de la totalidad del territorio municipal o distrital, o dentro de las zonas o áreas del municipio o distrito que le hayan sido asignadas por el alcalde respectivo. Las asociaciones de municipios en desarrollo de su objeto, podrán designar curadores urbanos, que tendrán jurisdicción en todos los municipios que conforman la asociación.
