" ARTICULO 4º

"Las disposiciones del presente capítulo se aplican a las siguientes sustancias:

" a) Al opio medicinal;

" b) A la cocaína bruta y a la ecgonina;

" c) A la morfina, la diacetilmorfina, a la cocaína, y a sus respectivas sales;

" d) A todas las preparaciones, de laboratorio o no, inclusive las llamadas "contra el opio," que contengan más de un 0.2% de morfina o más de un 0.1% de cocaína;

" e) A todas las preparaciones que contengan diacetilmorfina;

" f) A las preparaciones galénicas (extracto y tintura) de cáñamo indio;

" g) A los demás narcóticos a que se pueda aplicar la presente Convención conforme a su artículo 10.
