Artículo primero . Los exámenes de idoneidad profesional para aspirantes a Intérpretes Oficiales, se realizarán a través del Instituto Electrónico de Idiomas, adscrito al Ministerio de Educación, dependiente de la Dirección General de Capacitación y Perfeccionamiento Docente, Currículo y Medios Educativos, por medio de jurados examinadores.

Parágrafo

Los jurados para cada idioma serán responsables de la elaboración de los cuestionarios del examen, los cuales deberán ser entregados al Instituto Electrónico de Idiomas para su revisión y aprobación.
