Los frutos y productos que se adquieran en cambio o permuta por mercancías, víveres u otras cosas semejantes, se incluirán como renta bruta al precio de mercado del artículo recibido en cambio, más las sumas en dinero que se hayan recibido como parte de precio de la operación.
