º. De la solicitud . Todos los médicos autorizados para ejercer la medicina en Colombia deberán proceder a solicitar la expedición de su tarjeta profesional dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la fecha de entrada en vigencia de este Decreto. Después de vencido dicho, período sólo podrá acreditarse la calidad de médico con la tarjeta profesional que se regula en este Decreto.
