Si las calificaciones da] empleado no fueren satisfactorias, el Consejo Superior del Servicio Civil estudiará el cargo, y emitirá su concepto dentro de los diez (10). días siguientes, y lo pasará inmediatamente al Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil, quien dictará dem.ro de los diez (10) días siguientes la providencia que defina la situación del empleado frente a la carrera.
