Modifíquese el artículo 2.21.1.1.11 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 2.21.1.1.11 Normas aplicables. En todo aquello que no se encuentre expresamente regulado en el presente Título, las sociedades titularizadoras de activos hipotecarios y las emisiones que efectúen se sujetarán a: (i) las normas que se refieran a los participantes del mercado de valores; (ii) las normas que se refieran a los demás emisores de valores; y (iii) las normas que regulen las condiciones y requisitos de las ofertas públicas de valores.".
