º.- Las tesis de que trata el Artículo 8º.

Parágrafo 1

De la Ley 82 de 1948 para el ascenso de Mayor a Teniente coronel, de los Oficiales de los Servicios, excepto los de Intendencia, serán igualmente impuesta por el Estado Mayor de Guerra y aprobadas por la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Guerra. Para su desarrollo, plazos y aprobación o improbación quedarán sujetas a lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto.
