° El mando militar de cada una de las Zonas en que se dividirá el territorio nacional se ejercerá por un Jefe superior que tendrá las atribuciones que adelante se expresarán. El Comandante general de cada Zona tendrá un segundo Jefe de Zona y los empleados siguientes, que obrarán bajo su dependencia: Un Secretario, del grado que determine el Gobierno; Un Teniente y un Subteniente Adjuntos; Un Corneta de órdenes y dos Cabos ordenanzas.
