RESERVA DE AGENTES. Los Agentes retirados temporalmente del servicio activo de la Policía, mientras no hayan cumplido sesenta (60) años y reúnan las condiciones de aptitud sicofísica requeridas, se consideran reservas de las Fuerzas Militares.
