ARTICULO 33. Organización Seccional. - Con sujeción a los planes y programas del sector, el Instituto de Seguros Sociales tendrá jurisdicción en todo el territorio nacional, pudiendo extender su acción a todas las regiones del país, creando unidades o dependencias seccionales o regionales, que podrán no coincidir con la división política general del territorio.
