Podrán actuar como representantes de los empleadores las sociedades en las cuales laboren los trabajadores afiliados al respectivo fondo de cesantía, así como las personas naturales a las cuales éstos presten directamente sus servicios. En el primero de los casos, la representación se ejercerá por conducto del representante legal de la sociedad respectiva.
