El ordinal 4º. del artículo 102 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así:

Acusar ante el Senado, cuando hubiere causas constitucionales o legales, al Presidente de la República o a quien haya hecho sus veces, a los Ministros del Despacho, a los Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, del Consejo de Estado, al Procurador General de la Nación y al Fiscal General de la Nación, aun cuando hubieren cesado en el ejercicio de sus funciones. En este último caso por hechos u omisiones en el desempeño de las mismas.
