El artículo 33 del Código Penal, quedará así:

"Artículo 33. Medidas aplicables. A los inimputables se les aplicarán las medidas de seguridad establecidas en este Código. Si la inimputabilidad proviene exclusivamente de trastorno mental transitorio no habrá lugar a la imposición de medidas de seguridad, cuando el agente no quedare con perturbaciones mentales, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad civil a que hubiere lugar".
