Multas por Sanciones Disciplinarias. Las multas por sanciones disciplinarias que se a los servidores públicos, se cobrarán por cada una de las entidades a las cuales pertenezca el servidor sancionado y se destinarán para los mismos fines establecidos en el anterior artículo del presente decreto.

Para efectos del cobro de las multas pendientes en el Fondo Nacional de Bienestar Social, se remitirán los expedientes a las correspondientes entidades donde labora o laboró el servidor público
