Condiciones generales del sistema de posicionamiento global. Cada dispositivo instalado en la maquinaria deberá ser registrado en la plataforma de propiedad del proveedor del servicio, indicando el IMEI y número de serie del terminal y los datos de la máquina a la cual está asociado.

Cada vez que se realice un cambio de dispositivo por cualquier causa, el propietario y/o poseedor de la maquinaria que debe portar GPS, deberá actualizar de manera inmediata la información registrada en la plataforma de propiedad del proveedor del servicio, y en el registro único nacional de tránsito (RUNT).
