REHABILITACION DE ADMINISTRADORES. Los administradores o liquidadores a quienes se les haya aplicado la prohibición de ejercer el comercio, podrán solicitar su rehabilitación, cuando la entidad deudora haya cumplido con el acuerdo celebrado en el trámite de la liquidación obligatoria, o cuando se hayan cancelado la totalidad de las obligaciones reconocidas en la providencia de calificación y graduación de créditos. Igualmente habrá lugar a solicitar la rehabilitación, cuando hubieren transcurrido diez anos de haber sido decretada. Vigente desde: 20/12/1995 y hasta el: 26/12/2006
