Modifíquese el artículo 12 de la Ley 60 de 1981 , en virtud del cual se estableció un término de dos años para la expedición de la Matrícula y Tarjeta Profesional de los Administradores de Empresas, en el sentido de ampliarlo a tres años más, improrrogables, contados a partir de la vigencia de esta última.
