Las ligas o asociaciones de radioaficionados autorizadas para la instalación y funcionamiento de estaciones repetidoras y para operar en las bandas y frecuencias establecidas para este servicio en el presente Decreto, deberán pagar en favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones, una suma equivalente a diez (10) salarios mínimos legales diarios por cada estación, dentro de los tres primeros meses de cada año calendario.
