Autorízase a la Empresa de Energía Eléctrica de Medellín para suscribir en acciones de la sociedad que se constituya para la construcción de la central hidroeléctrica del Suroeste de Antioquia, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 3° de la Ley 115 de 1941 , el total de lo que dicha empresa tiene invertido en los estudios de la proyectada central, estudios llevados a cabo en desarrollo del contrato celebrado entre la Nación y el Municipio de Medellín.
