Concesión para el uso de las aguas . Toda persona natural o jurídica, pública o privada, requiere concesión o permiso de la Autoridad Ambiental competente para hacer uso de las aguas públicas o sus cauces, salvo en los casos previstos en los artículos 2.2.3.2.6.1 y 2.2.3.2.6.2 de este Decreto.
