Provisión de vacancias definitivas de los tribunales . Cuando en el Tribunal Nacional o Tribunales Seccionales se produzca vacancia de uno o varios de sus cargos, estos serán provistos para el período restante por uno de los profesionales que figuraban en la lista inicial, o por profesionales escogidos de nuevas listas, a discreción de la persona o entidad que deba hacer el nombramiento o elección.
