El Concejo municipal o distrital, dentro de los noventa (90) días siguientes a la vigencia de esta Ley, fijará la tarifa de la sobretasa a la gasolina motor extra o corriente aplicable en su jurisdicción, la cual no podrá ser inferior al catorce por ciento (14%) ni superior al quince por ciento (15%).
