ART 167. El que teniendo noticia de alguna fabrica clandestina de monedas, ó de que existen en alguna parte fuera de las casas de moneda, cuños, troqueles ú otros instrumentos que sola y exclusivamente sirvan para la fabricación de monedas, que dentro de seis días después de haber tenido la noticia no lo avisare á alguna de las autoridades del Distrito, del Departamento, ó de la Nación, será castigado como encubridor del delito de falsificación.
