ARTICULO 79. PLAN DE ENRUTAMIENTO. El Plan de Enrutamiento permite a las empresas operadores de redes de telecomunicaciones establecidas en el país, seleccionar el encaminamiento para cursar su tráfico, garantizando una conexión satisfactoria, eficiente y económica entre dos (2) terminales.
