Artículo segundo. El Ministerio de Justicia, el Procurador General de la Nación y los Directores de instrucción Criminal podrán establecer, dentro de los limites señalados en el artículo anterior y mediante resolución, diversas categorías de viáticos, consultando entre otros criterios, la naturaleza de la comisión, el lugar donde deba cumplirse y el costo de vida en el mismo.
