MORA DE UNA EMPRESA CON VARIOS NUMEROS PATRONALES. Cuando una empresa por razón de sus distintas actividades económicas o por tener filiales, establecimientos de comercio, agencias, oficinas, sucursales o similares, figure con varios números patronales y se encuentre en mora con uno o varios de ellos, se entenderá que ella también está en mora, debiendo responder ante el ISS por la totalidad de los aportes patrono - laborales, multas e intereses adeudados.

Parágrafo

El Instituto podrá solicitar al Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social la declaratoria de unidad de empresa en términos del artículo 194 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.
