Es indicio vehemente de que un individuo sospechoso o de mala conducta anterior, es autor del delito de hurto o robo de ciertas cabezas de ganado, el hecho de que las hubiere enajenado con marcas o señales borradas o adulteradas por medios o de manera que infundan malicia o fraude, si no comprueba la adquisición legítima de tales reses y aparece que éstas eran hurtadas o robadas.
