No tendrán derecho a recompensa los hijos varones mayores de edad a menos que estén incapacitados de por vida para trabajar; ni las hijas de cualquiera edad ya casadas, ni los hijos de cualquier sexo que observaren mala conducta; y finalmente ni los hijos que se encuentren en alguno de los casos del artículo 8.º
