El Inspector ó Intendente podrá hacer uso libre del telégrafo nacional en todas y cada una de las respectivas Oficinas del radio de su jurisdicción, concretándose en sus comunicaciones á lo que concierne á las funciones de su cargo y observando las disposiciones reglamentarias sobre telégrafos dictadas por el Director del Ramo.
