Artículo segundo. Las resoluciones y actos de la Dirección Nacional de Estadística son acusables ante el Consejo de Estado. Pero cuando se trata de una providencia que imponga multas en ejercicio de la facultad concedida en el artículo anterior, la acusación no será admitida sin el comprobante de pago de la multa respectiva.
