2.5.3.1.5. Límite de honorarios. De conformidad con el literal f) del artículo 19 de la Ley 4 de 1992, los funcionarios públicos no podrán recibir remuneración por más de dos (2) juntas o consejos directivos que formen parte en virtud de mandato legal o por delegación. Los particulares no podrán ser miembros de más de dos (2) juntas o consejos directivos de las entidades a que se refiere el presente capítulo, en concordancia con lo establecido en el artículo 5º del Decreto – Ley 128 de 1976.
