Suspensión de salvoconductos. En el mismo período a que se refiere el artículo 2° del presente Decreto, quedan suspendidos los salvoconductos para el porte de armas en el respectivo municipio, sin perjuicio de las autorizaciones que para casos especiales otorguen los Comandantes de Brigada, Fuerza Naval, Comandos Aéreos y del Comando Unificado del Sur, según el caso.
