Ingreso base de cotización. El ingreso base de cotización al Sistema General de Riesgos Laborales de las personas de que trata esta sección, deberá ser el mismo con el que aportan a los sistemas generales de salud y pensiones y en todo caso no podrá ser inferior a un (1) salario mínimo legal mensual vigente, ni superior a veinticinco (25) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
