Parágrafo

al artículo 5.6.6.1.1 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

Cuando el patrimonio autónomo esté conformado con derechos fiduciarios en los términos del artículo 5.6.5.1.1 del presente decreto, únicamente serán aplicables los numerales 1, 3, 4 y 5 anteriores. Los numerales 1 y 4 deberán cumplirse respecto de los activos que conforman el patrimonio autónomo que originan los derechos fiduciarios”.
