Artículo primero La Nación, por conducto del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y con la colaboración del Instituto Nacional de Fomento Municipal, procederá a hacer entrega al Municipio e Pasto de las instalaciones y demás bienes muebles e inmuebles que actualmente forman el patrimonio de la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de esa ciudad.
