En los Aeropuertos localizados en zonas de frontera que, en concordancia con los Tratados Internacionales y con la Ley de Fronteras, sean determinados como prioritarios por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y el Ministerio de Transporte, se dará el trato de operaciones en rutas nacionales, a los servicios aéreos comerciales.
