Decreto 899 de 1999 · Por medio del cual se fijan las políticas para el fomento de los Programas de Telefonía Social y se reglamentan las funciones del Fondo de Comunicaciones en la materia

º. Metodología de formulación de los programas. El Fondo de Comunicaciones presentará para aprobación por parte del Conpes, programas plurianuales de telefonía social enmarcados en el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo.

Parágrafo 1

Aprobados los Programas el Fondo de Comunicaciones los presentará a consideración de la Comisión de Regulación de Telecomunicaciones, para que ésta fije su alcance.

Parágrafo 2

El Fondo de Comunicaciones deberá revisar, evaluar y actualizar, anualmente, los Programas de Telefonía Social.
