°. Modifícase el artículo 3° del Decreto 1299 de 2006, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 3°. Vigencia de la autorización . La autorización como importador de las mercancías de que trata el presente decreto, tendrá una vigencia de dos (2) años contados a partir de la ejecutoria del acto administrativo que la confiere. Durante la vigencia de la autorización, el importador autorizado deberá mantener los requisitos y condiciones en virtud de los cuales se otorgó la autorización”.
