Contenido del dictamen. El dictamen pericial contendrá, si fuere posible:

1. La descripción de la persona, objeto o hecho examinado con la clara indicación del estado o modo en que se h allaba al memento del examen.

2. La descripción detallada de las investigaciones y análisis realizados, con la indicación de los me dios técnicos empleados, de la fecha y el lugar en que se hicieron.

3. Las conclusiones a que llegaren conforme a los principios de su ciencia, técnica o arte.
